At Mahle Ceramics, each piece is individually handmade and personalised to order, making it a truly unique keepsake.
Change of Mind
As all items are custom-made and personalised, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please ensure all personalisation details (including spelling, dates, and colours) are carefully reviewed before placing your order.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographs of the damage and the packaging. We will gladly arrange a replacement.
Personalisation Errors
If there has been a mistake with the personalisation that differs from the details you provided at checkout, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. If the error is on our part, we will remake and replace your item at no additional cost.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
